I had a nice one, when I left between all the nephews someone lifted my gig, I am not looking for a give me, I will pay if someone can make it for me, stainless steel, the gig looks like a 10 inch piece of stainless steel rod 5/16 sharpened on both ends, bent around a same size of a coke can, about two inches from the top of the bend a piece of stainless cross the arch, then a shaft about 10 inches.
If anyone can make it for me let me know how much. I can draw it out so you can see what I want

never gigged flounder"live more than 100 Miles from salt water"[}:)] only Frogs but how do you keep them from sliding right off the gig if it has no barbs
Pin the flounder to the bottom with the gig, reach down and slide your other hand under it, lift flounder and gig out of the water, and slide the flounder off into your burlap sack. Barbs interfere with this last step.
Works only if you're wading, not in a boat.
