Close call with BPCR

I thought about getting into BPCR shooting. After actually going to a match and talking to the guys I found that to be competitive takes a commitment second only to marriage.(actually probably more in many cases!) Maybe when I retire I'll have the time to invest in that sport. The rifles were just incredible, all custom made. Really a great bunch of guys. Some day....

    Yeah, one of my buddies is into that. I'm not that dedicated.

    He and I bought several lots of lead alloy at an auction some time ago and divided the take 50/50. His is all gone, but I've still got much of my half because 1) I shoot less, 2) I shoot mostly smaller calibers, and 3) though he shoots in target meets at distant ranges, I shoot here at home where I can recover some of my lead.
