If you are referring to the 1st Amendment, it only applies to the government restricting your right to free speech.

Private enterprises/businesses, clubs, and other entities including INTERNET FORUMS are NOT included.

In fact, the First Amendment protects the publisher's (site owner's) right to accept or reject submissions from authors. Authors may freely submit to other publishers or publish their material themselves.
