Didn't you just buy that ting? And you are already changing the oil? LOL I'm thinking about doing a 1500 mile oil change on my new truck.

I'd beef up the size of your chock blocks Jon. Safety first!

Honestly you're right. I have 2 bricks that I've used in the past, but couldn't find. I figured the boards and E-brake would have to suffice.

Yeah, but it had 3,500 miles on it when I purchased it. I wasn't sure how long the oil and filter had been in it. We are also heading on a 5,000 mile trip in 2 weeks, so I figured it was a good idea well I had the time.

Those are the same vehicles my wife test drove last night.
She ended up with the journey. With all the rebates, it was only a few hundred more than the renegade. I am happy with her choice because the renegade is very small and I can do without the can of fix a flat and 12v tire inflator in place of a spare tire. Since when did a spare tire become an option? I do like the looks of the renegade over the journey but we needed more room.

You guys will really like the Journey. They ride really smooth and have a nice balance of power and miles per gallon. My wife's is an AWD 2011 with 79,000 miles on it. We had an electrical issue that was hitch related and they had some rear brake wear/sticking issues we've got figured out now. Other than that, it's been a great vehicle for us.

The Renegade will be my everyday driver/our rack up the miles vehicle now. I'm getting 25+ mpg with the 2.4L AWD.

Thanks for the info. on the journey Sig.
After reading your other thread about the renegade was the reason I told my wife to look at it. She liked it but like I said she wanted something with more room. We traded a 2011 avenger in on the journey.
