never heard her sing, just the name on every music show, shouldnt licking food be a crime..

Is there a crime in that video in that jurisdiction? Fine, arrest her and charge her. No complaint here.
Not seeing in those videos that she licked every last donut. She may have touched a couple, the video jumps and has breaks at those moments. It has been edited. Why the jumps and breaks right at the moments when she is supposed to be doing something wrong?
As for what she said, don't like it but she's young and was acting silly with her new guy. Her moment of stupid doesn't come even remotely close enough to warrant all the hate and derision that is being thrown at the young woman.

Shop owner took the video to Riverside County Sheriff and showed it to detectives. The detectives said there was no crime in the video. And Grande is quoted as saying her boyfriend was buying the donuts (the shop owner also says all donuts sold out but not sure who to).
And now the donut shop is being investigated by Riverside County Department of Environmental Health for leaving donuts out above the counter in the first place. Turns out that's not allowed.
So, the shop owner goes to the cops, the cops say nope, no crime there but your food handling ain't so great ... so suddenly the video pops up on TMZ?
Yup, sounds very Caliphonia'esque to me.

Like I said, if there's a crime then charge her, I have no complaint with that. From the edited and clipped video, not convinced it is the food licking frenzy claimed by the tabloid web page TMZ.
But see edit above, turns out this was already looked at by law enforcement before it landed on TMZ. Now it sounds like revenge by the shop owner.
Leave it to Nickelodeon to scrape something like that off the floor of the loafing shed and make it a "star"!

Not excuses, perspective and scale. A very young adult has a single foolish moment while, according to the news, playing "Truth or Dare" with a boyfriend. And the internet blogging world erupts with hate, vinegar, outrage and way over the top ideas of punishment. It is the vastly out of proportion over-reaction that is typical of the internet and tabloid driven times we are in.

How many times do I have to say it? See a crime, report the crime. If there is a crime in that video, police should act on it. The video is unconvincing because of the jumps and edits at the exact moments she is said to "lick" the donuts.
Why the edits, jumps and cuts at those exact moments?
Police saw the entire video before the revenge seeking donut shop owner gave it to TMZ.
