My son flipped a 2013 Kia Soul. Am gonna try and fix it myself (insurance issues) and use it as a work vehicle.
I believe it can be drivable, However, the top is mashed in and will require some "creative" body work with a porta-power, winches and roof screws.
What is the proper way to disengage and remove the corner post air bags, other than just unhooking the battery.
I believe the front end, tie rods, cv joint etc. will be an easy fix. Would like to be able to drive it to a body shop for their assessment, just don't want to have one of those bags go off in my face. The windshield is completely blown out, engine is fine though.
Kia dealership service is closed on Saturdays and at 5:00 through the week, makes it tough for me to get answers (one that my feeble mind can understand over the phone)

If you plan to leave them in place, pulling the fuse will eliminate Bang-at-a-bump.
