    He surrendered after an hour-long standoff on the porch. He drank water from the garden hose after coming around. Unbelievable; I figured he'd had it when he laid down on the porch.

    While rolling around on the porch you can see the wound on his back. Looked like a possible lung shot on the left side of the back.

    he still holding a gun , I would guess not complying with police to put it down ? maybe in there (LEO ) mind they did not want the Al and Jessy show and the court battles
    heck the guy at Walmart and the kid in the play ground had toy guns and they killed them ..
    maybe they just more people friendly in Kaliforina now [:D]
