There is no way to send a letter with Delivery Confirmation, without sending it Certified. You have to ship it Priority Mail in order to get Delivery Confirmation.

Hey in answer to your question about my shipping price from the Experts forum. I ship everything USPS Priority, insured and delivery confirmation. Also I pack them well and they tend to be heavy.I am in NY so anything that I ship $500 or more West of Kansas ends up costing me $45-$50 bucks. If someone emails before a bid and says hey Im in Pa, NJ or close by then I adjust it. I am tired of losing money on shipping. I am not offended. Most of my auctions you will see $40 S&H. I started to increase that on my newest auctions because of the USPS rate increases as of late. Look at my feedback, I havent had any problems yet. Peace ..
