New York state has most of the drug paraphernalia dealers in the U.S. Mabe New York should toughen their drug laws and drug paraphernalia laws so their citizens wouldn't get loaded and commit those crimes.

Georgia's message should be for NY's AG to KMA

Almost laugh at this one. In NYC there is a thriving black market on tobacco products due to NYC exorbitant taxes.

Not a gun problem but a black criminal problem.

I guess they will blame the states or countries that sell silverware for all the fat * people in NYC.

Many, most, all, a lot of these reports don't say anything about Suicides.

Remember death by suicide was over 50%. Wikipedia says.

In 2012, 64% of all gun-related deaths in the U.S. were suicides. In 2010, there were 19,392 firearm-related suicides, and 11,078 firearm-related homicides in the U.S.[9] In 2010, 358 murders were reported involving a rifle while 6,009 were reported involving a handgun; another 1,939 were reported with an unspecified type of firearm

Never hear news programs give a breakdown.
PS: A footnote showed up as an [8] ie: [ 8 ] with no spaces.. something new everyday.[:)] Are there more?

Those jag offs in NY have been blaming Virginia for many years about their gun problem.
