I had to fight the feeling to load down my cart but in the end only bought two complete bolt carrier's . still have 3 or 4 lower's I feel the need to round up parts for [:I] . one of the bolt carriers will finish one of builds for me a 300 black out pistol build ..

A some what local ( 40 miles or so ) Cabalas is doing a black Friday give away first 500 in line get a envelope for a prize they will draw numbers I am guessing once in the store some of which will be firearms . of course its drawing attention on the news and the libs .. OMG they giving away guns ,, but the news at least said winners still had to fill out paper work and pass background checks
I would guess people will be camping out at least a day early

I got a Field and Stream flyer in the mail. Looked like deal on a sig p290 if you want to stand in line. Not sure I want a locked door between me and the men's room after breakfast, coffee and an hour drive after stuffing myself the day before though! [:0]

big discussion on FB about this DPMS "deal". I'd prefer to assemble my own franken rifle for similar money. With these deals a person could build a nicer rifle for the same money.

The sig Sauer nightmare is a neat little glossy blacked out piece...

It's seemingly small in my big hands but M is petite and has small hands...

Nurses hands though - strong and scarred - short nails with no Polish or appliques...

She now has her non residents Florida ccw permit (as do i) so I think we can carry in 38 plus states that have reciprocity - recognize Floridas paperwork.

I have to check on new England states - Massachusetts / Connecticut / vermont...

She wants to carry on MV...

Also looking at a Hoyt archery ignite BLK Vicxen for her - black Friday special price of $329.00 with a score of arrows and a soft case thrown in - I thinks that's a good deal but I have been out of the archery game for over 10 years.

She is my katniss everdean - My Mocking Jay (hunger games referance for you old farts)

Reading Recoil and Off Grid and world of firepower and firearms news and associating with me has possibly been a bad influance on her...

    Mike

New England is going to be pretty much off limits. The only states that would honor an out of state permit is Vermont and New Hampshire. Maine im not sure about. CT, Ny, RI, MASS. All do not accept out of state permits.

Most stores will not give a rain check on a black deal. I was going to buy one in 25/06 put decided not to. I have my encore 25/06 and it works fine.

Seen a couple good ones advertised, a Remington 700 ADL for $250 after $50 mail in rebate and a Marlin 30-30 lever action for $325 after $75 mail in rebate. Seen others, but I'm not going out and deal with any crowds, so it doesn't do me any good.

Picked up some 9mm Remington for good 10.99 per 50 with a $5 rebate per box.

After tax and rebate, $6.80/box of 50 (up to 40 boxes for rebates from Remington) 10 box limit from Dicks.

Best deal on Geissele AR triggers is on the actual Geissele site.

Example: The Super Semi-Auto Enhanced (SSA-E)is $168.00 with free shipping (Regularly $240)
Other deals on triggers similar discounts
PSA has the same deal but +shipping while Midway offers free shipping but the "sale" price is $210.00 so

If you own and AR and have never used a Geissele trigger it is the single best improvement one can do to an AR15. Changes the gun

I did not need one (My ARs already have G's installed) but at that price I got one as a back up or for a future buy

Primary Arms has some pretty screaming prices on Geissele triggers... They have the SSA-E for $168 and the SD 3G at $182!! the cheapest I have previously bought the SD 3G was $200...its usually between $240-260
