I was able to take this buck on the last day of black powder season here in Virginia. 21" wide and 12" tines.

If you can't feel the music; it's only pink noise!
nice buck. I like your tree stand in the background also.
I use the stand when practicing with my bow in the back yard. It gives me the actual angle to shoot when hunting instead of practicing at ground level.

Very nice buck. What part of Virginia?
Dayum! Does Bullwinkle know you capped his brother?
Very nice buck. What part of Virginia?
Chesterfield County, just south of Richmond. Don
Are you in tidewater or Chesapeake?
Not quite that far East, Chesterfield County. This buck is a 5 year old. I have a co-worker that runs game cameras on the land we hunt and he has taken pictures of this buck for the last 4 years. He was an impressive 3 year old and has always had the long brow tines. There is a soybean field right next to where I took him. I imagine the soybeans helped him grow this rack.

I'm from the mountains of Virginia (Smyth County) and we always considered this part of Virginia "Eastern", but technically it is considered Central Virginia. I corrected my thread title.
Don- I am in Powhatan County. Yeah, Bambi likes soybeans a LOT! We are about overrun with deer- 2 years ago I watched a herd swimming across the James, counted 28 deer in the water at one time.
My niece just had her wedding out in Powhatan back in Oct. That is nice area.
