4 Good Friends Are Getting Divorced

One good friend of mine is getting divorced. He has been talking ugly to her for a good 10 years or so. About 3 years ago she started going to college to become a nurse. About 2 weeks after she got a job she left.

I bet i told him over 100 times that what you say today affects tomorrow. He never paid attention. Now he is acting surprised.

My other 2 friends were both married before and got together and left their spouses to be with each other. Now they have both been caught cheating and are getting a divorce.

I really like the second couple they were good friends of ours. Oh well stuff happens.[:(]

    Marriage is a lot of work. Sometimes you do things for your spouse that you really don't want to do. What took me the longest to figure out was to just shut up and listen. She doesn't want me to solve her problems. She just wants to vent. [B)]

    Cheating........ I truly wish those involved in the selfish act could be punished by the law.

    Some states do have laws about adultery but they are rarely if ever used.
    This act destroys so much in a family and imo is why the US has the many social problems it does.

    A shame that over 1/2 marriages fail in our lands...

    Divorce is a ugly thing that only lawyers win in. Marriage can be a struggle and folks should work harder at staying together in times of problems.

    Funny story goes with that Wrangler... Wife told me the same thing stop fixing everything and just listen and then say "I'm sorry" So she came in one day and said she had a flat, after listening I said "I'm sorry" and walked away. Ooops that one I was supposed to fix.

    Here are some of the rules that I have to tell clients about divorce:

    It's the Effing you get for the Effing you got;

    If s/he was so horrible for so long, you should have divorced him/her years ago;

    As much as you hate him/her now, at some point, there was something that you loved about him/her;

    If your girlfriend is leaving her husband to be with you, and you're leaving your wife to be with her, what makes you think that she's not going to leave you?
