You couldn't pay me enough to be a Cop there right now....90%+ without power...that place is more dangerous than Libya...Katrina 2 on steroids...

    Fortunately I know very little about NJ.

    I went to Atlantic City one time many years ago,....thought it sucked.

    You can keep ALL of those places where people are packed in like rats. I'm VERY glad that they like it, and hope they continue to stay.

    Many years ago I had two projects running at the same time, one in Rahway and one down in Camden, and later another one in Gloucester. Wow, is all I can say.

    I kinda liked the Perth Amboy area, Wodbridge comes to mind ,met a chick from there a while back. I worked construction at the time,I think it was dutch boy paint we built tanks for. I found the prople to be quite friedly, nothing like Newark:>(

    Camden is so bad that the State Police have to help the local PD. But where do the moron politicians put the state's aquarium & the battleship NJ? In Camden, of course.

    My projects were installing Mercury control systems at a Municipal Waste Combustors. It was a power plant that burned garbage. Reduced trash volume by over 90% Recycled all the metals in the bottom ash (including 25k in coins a year) , sent the rest of the fly ash and bottom ash to aggregate plants for concrete and roads AND put power back on the grid. Great people at the plants and I enjoyed working with most everyone.

    Only bad thing was once a week or so there was a body in the trash or the one day I came back from lunch and 400 feds had the place surrounded and I couldn't get back in the gate. They were burning 10 tons of confiscated weed....

    Just wait until day 3 or 4....they will start getting restless and the longer this drags on the more it will give Obama and excuse to bring down the hammer.
