Magnum Research

Hey folks can anyone give a first hand account what I can expect from a Magnum Research pistol. I'm looking at a .17 cal for silhouette target shooting. Is this a good choice of firearm or should I reconsider. It sure looks good! HaHa
Thanks for any feedback.

I have the Magnum Research Picuda if that is the model you are refering to since you mention 17 cal?
Mine is very light with a graphite composit barrel and is excedingly accurate.
Quality is first rate, as is with all Magnum Research firearms that I have owned or handled.
What they did was take the 10/22 Ruger design and make a pistol. I have not shot silouette with mine but I have no doubt it would excel as a silouette pistols as the accuracy is spot on.

i have the baby eagle 45 and the 40sw de 44mag and the 50ae i guess i like them [:D] i seem to have a few, my 40 is acting up [:(]. mag drops out sometimes thinking it is the lock ,it looks a little worn. mag research said send it back (along with 50 bucks [V]) and they will fix it[:p] i would still buy another one of there guns.
