If you ever get tired of that taking up space in your safe, I'll gladly give it a new home. It'll go good with my Model 1908 Vest Pocket .25 ACP.

    some info:
the first pair are 1957 second generation SAA's that were ordered as a matched set as shown. they were carried by a "real" cowboy on a daily basis. 1957 is my birth year.
the second set is a matched set, custom ordered from colt in 38spl. ivory and bullseye extractors.
third SAA was one I had weldon Lister engrave. I use it for fast draw CAS. check out Lister's website. top notch and a nice guy.
the 1908 semi was made in 1912. all original. it's one of my favorites.
the cow is a longhorn at 9 mos of age. the dog is a natural born coyote killer that was dumped at my place [:D]

Great pictures taking ones of nickle plated one's is something I am lacking at but these are the best I can do . I need lessons. Thought you might like anyway. EDITwe have some of the same likes in guns I have 3 pictured that are first year Second gen. in 38Special The engraved one is a First Gen also in 38 special but alas
in a serial number range that records were lost [:(] I had it engraved into a Barbecue Gun. I have 3 U.S. colts one is a colt lettered Artillery and one is a Ainsworth proofed first contract 4 digit serial with very interesting history of who owned it from 1889 until I purchased it . I need to up grade pictures to show Etched barrel Frontier Six Shooter that I am waiting on a colt letter.

I'm no expert, buy the 38's were taken in indirect natural light on the back porch. the close up was with 2 100 watt bulbs with the mrs parchment paper as a diffuser. no flash..
some day i'll make a light bix.....

I've developed a strong attraction to SAA's; and those in the second picture, are just lovely.

I don't know what happened, but it seems as though those with knowledge, aren't spending much time here, anymore.

Anyway, hey, I might send you an email with a couple of questions, do you have the time?

    Anyway, thanks for sharing. [^]
