    We've had a conversation or two.

    I have no doubts about RR's credibility. Or the amazing things he and others did in that role.

    I have no interest in reading fiction when the autobiographical stuff would be so interesting.

    I've got autographed copies and read both of Rocky's books multiple times.

    Each and every time, his writing has mesmerized and enlightened me.
    Keeping me at the edge from start to finish.

    Rocky has a writing style that puts you directly in control of the mission.
    Very few books has done that for me in the past.
    I've personally requested Rocky to finish that third book...
    And hopefully, someday, he'll do just that.

    If you're on the fence 'bout getting his books...
    You'll be pleasantly surprised when you do decide to do just that.
    Get the books and ENJOY! You'll NOT be disappointed.

    Hell of a good set of books. If you buy them, you won't be disappointed, and you won't be able to put them down, so don't start them late at night!

    It has been brought to my attention that my sale didn't start until Saturday. (Frankly, I didn't think of it until then.) And also that today is Cyber Monday. So...

    Yes. Once you buy the ebook version it's yours, period. The ebook version is already so cheap the discount doesn't apply, though.

    Sorry, but there will be no further books. I abandoned the third one when it didn't live up the the standards of the first two. Somehow, the rigors of an instructor pilot, the tawdry marital affairs of squadron officers, the racial tensions in mid-1970s Mississippi, and Rusty Naille's private life just didn't hit the peak of tension he lived as a FAC.

    I stopped while I was ahead.

    Final announcement:

    The big discount sale is now over. But as of today, the print version is 25% off, permanently. Please note that this is only true if you order directly from the printer. If you order from Amazon, Barnes and Noble or anywhere else, you'll pay full MSRP. Unfortunately, I can't change that.

    Thanks again to all of you who ordered. Finally, my usual tip: Start with Baggy Zero Four but do NOT start it late at night.
