Hey, for somebody wanting to learn about Android phones, the Kroger brand stores are selling a 4 inch Android 4.4 smartphone for $14.99. All you have to buy is $10 worth of call time.
Nice to learn on, but it has a GPS. That means you can download maps for free into Maverick, Custom Maps, and even Google maps (good for a month) and use it as an offline color map GPS. ( without needing a cell connection ) Called Coolpad Arise.
I am pretty sure this is a closeout model.
