I have one on me from the time I get up till I go to bed. When I am in bed its really close by out of sight and very accessable along with a flashlight and a cellphone. Same while I am in the shower minus the cellphone and flashlight, those stay by the bed. So to answer your question I'm armed 24/7, 15 hours a day its on me, and 9 hours a day its close by and accessable.

only time not carried should be during unclothed activities. then it should still be close by. no, not paranoid, just common sense dictates that if you need it and don't have it. . . . . . you know the rest. something too many in our "world" have lost track of: common sense.
