    Last week I got four Delmonico steaks for 4-5 bucks apiece. I got there as they were marking them down. They still had two days to go on the expiration. I ate two and froze the rest.

    Best steaks are the ones with a little brown on them and it means their aged. wahooooooooooooo

    It is not selling so it ends up getting frozen and eventually marked down.
