water proof cinder block paint #2

got the block blasted clean at about 95% stripped of old paint by pressure washer,, should i got latex or oil base water proof pain for exterior?? garage and the weather side,, god was i a mess soaking wet and paint chips everywear all over me[:D]

    I am no expert but I would go with the oil based , but then again the water based sure cleans up easy .
    I am sure some one will guide you in the best direction as we have a lot of varied experts on here who do such things as a living

    Heavy prime then oil based. Make sure primer is compatible with paint.
