The description is a little obtuse but it seems he's also offering the plans/blueprints and the rights to make more just like it.

    I think CaptFun should take a look at this. Looks like this guy is trying to sell the rights to manufacture and distribute his design without having checked to see if he's infringing on an existing patent. I know GB has had issues with copyright claims before.

    the liberator pistol patent has long expired, the 1983 patent expired in 2000, he only suggest the 2006 patent

    i saved his thumbnail photo which shows the front of the barrel, enlarged it and it appears to be rifled

    If he is selling the existing prototype he made, he is going to have to have a manufacturers FFL to sell.

    And I'm not seeing a serial number on the prototype.
