was told president obama's potrait will be going on food stamps. will taxes be going up again?

    You guys live in areas that must be behind
    the times

    Here in Minnesota welfare recipients no longer
    get FOOD STAMPS ---

    About 10 or so years ago they were given
    what is equivalent to a ATM Card ---

    Retailers are required to buy special equipment or
    upgrade the checkout registers to accept these cards--

    IT WAS TOO HUMILIATING for the welfare recipients to
    have to tear food stamps out of a book in front of
    everyone at the check out ----
    POOR SOULS ---

    Don't know about FOOD stamps, but DO know the rule of POSTAGE stamps. No LIVING person will be depicted on a US postage stamp.
