meat grinder/sausage stuffer question

I went ahead and bought the 1hp grinder that is on sale at Cabelas. My question is that are the stuffing tubes that come with it of a standard size that will fit most stuffers? i am looking at an oloer top screw cast iron stuffer that is for sale locally and am not sure if the thread size is standard on the tubes. Thanks.
