My Knee Stopped Hurting

Come to find out if you do not move it for 3 hours it will stop hurting. However if you wiggle your toes the pain comes back quick.[:(]

Not me, if I don't use my knees become come all stoked up and it takes an hour to get them to where I can even walk. I don't mind the hurting though, because at least I can walk with them
