An older man was married to a younger woman. After several years of a very happy marriage, he had a heart attack. The doctor advised him that in order to prolong his life, they should cut out sex.

He and his wife discussed the matter and decided that he should sleep in the family room downstairs to save them both from temptation.

One night, after several weeks of this, he decided that life without sex wasn't worth living. So he headed upstairs. He met his wife on the staircase and said, "I was coming to die."

She laughed and replied, "I was just coming down to kill you!"

yeah i know what you are saying.....i moved to another bedroom to prolong life but one evening while meeting at the dinner table we decided that this was not working out well so we decided on a change and to meet in the middle of the stairs and figure it out...i waited in the middle of the upstairs one and she waited in the middle of the basement one.......................someone lied about the golden years

We had separate bedrooms for some years- but one evening as we were having dinner, we both reached for the salt at the same time- and our hands met. We looked up at each other, and a spark leaped into her eyes. We swept the dishes from the table, and made mad passionate love right there on the table.
