    I'm just over in Topeka ... where is it at?

    I probably won't be able to get there ... work today and yard work tonight in prepration for Fathers day tomorrow ... the wife and kids have my day pretty well planned out with church in the morning, all-family cook-out at our house in the afternoon and cleanup tomorrow night.

    I'm glad it only comes once a year.

    Just got back. As usual no good deals and alot of junk, but I did get an O.K. price on some ammo.

    For that reason I only bother going to the ones at the old Circuit City building on Hillcrest or maybe at 119th & Metcalf. For me, driving up to the airport is like an expedition to a foreign country, and driving the Indy 500 between home and destination.

    The good Kansas City Gun Show is July 25,26,27. The MVACA Show. 800 tables. Went there in January. We thought it was great even though a a lot of the people there thought it was not as good as usual. My buddy and I are headed there from Southern Illinois. May be forced to drive the wifes Mini Cooper with the price of gas.

    i didnt work this show, but my friend who also is a dealer got a rifle stolen today. got real busy right before end of the show and poof it was gone. he reported it, made a police report, and tomorrow has to file the paperwork with batf about stolen weapons. sad day when you have to steal.
