For some reason, that style stock doesn't bother me on a 10/22. It just seems ridiculous on a bolt action rifle.

Adjustable stock and cheek plate, pistol grip, free floated barrel, polymer stock for light weight, Looks like it wasn't built for looks, it was made for a good light weight sniper rifle... Function before fashion. JMO

It's ugly, there is no doubt about that. I have shot a couple of them though. They shoot pretty good and they seem smooth enough. That sliding butt stock takes up a lot of recoil.
