Dividing "cares" into equal parts for everyone

With all that's going on, personal lives, our country, our politicians, our freedoms and everything else do you have enough "cares" to go around or do you just prioritize? For me getting things straight in my life is #1, everything right now is just everything else. Confederate Flag? Right now not too concerned. Obummer care, near the top of the list because of the higher costs. And so on and so on and so........
