If you mean the ammo checks, it isn't in effect yet. The State Police have no idea how to do it nor the funding to do it with.

Spider is correct .. Nothing set yet and I am hearing its a 70 million dollar bill just to set it up.. Lets hope it never gets off the ground. Keep posted to the forums I will continue to post news as I get it on all the NYS happenings.
