    IS NONEXISTANT!

The way some of these products today are peddled is ghastly! It is common practice to trick and deceive the consumer. Another common tactic is to sing a "catchy" melody to their product, or repeat their number 36 times... I suppose some marketing engineer come up with this idea.

We need to start truthfully advertising these guys and gals running this once great nation!

I can't believe what "you" people fall for...

I looked and didn't see a place to put this specifically so if this ain't the place I do apologize.

Here's the thing, there is a seller that has been trying to sell his(?) pistol for a while now. I think mostly because he's asking too much, but things are worth whatever anyone wants to pay for them. So that's not the issue. And the Fact he refuses to correct his spelling of Model (He spells is Modle)is also not really an issue just one more thing added to why I'm typing this. Which is because for all intents and purposes the seller is at best overstating the description of his weapon, presuming that no one else thinks it isn't flat out misrepresenting the facts. I sent a missive to Customer Service and they said they would talk to him and get his side. If they did then they either bought his garbage or he is flat out doesn't care since the item is re-listed for about the 6th time in a row. He claims the pistol is Rare. Wrong. He claims the only a very few of them made it into the country Wrong again. He says they are hard to find. Again Wrong, Since I have 4 of them NIB and one as a carry weapon, and 2 weeks ago another seller sold the same model pistol within days of its posting. I tried to point out to the seller where he is wrong so he could fix the mistakes and I gave him proof of where I got the facts I was sending him. He pretty much told me to take a hike. Gun Broker takes 2 days to get back to the person that files the complaint which in this case means the Auction is over and he relists and I have to go through everything yet again.

I have stated my proof and provenance to both Gun Broker and the seller establishing why I know the seller is wrong and how. So it's not like I'm making what I am telling them up nor am I talking through my hat.

So after that long winded explanation of why I'm typing this I am wondering if this is a common practice, both for a seller to deliberately misrepresent the facts about what he/she is selling and Gun Broker basically not being able to do much if anything about it? I have bought over 60 items here and have nothing but straight A's and I believe everyone I have dealt with I have given A's to also. Which is why I am concerned enough to ask this here. Have I simply not run into this problem over the last year and now I have come face to face with this issue? Is there even a point in filling a complaint about a seller if you are not the buyer of their item?

Again I apoligise if this is the wrong place for this but I did look to see if there was anything like it before I tired here. Also I am sorry for taking up everyone's time if I am being a Noob over this.
