By the way there are 4 directors of IFMA...and Springfield Armory holds two of those positions and Rock River has one. Complete liars and their statements yesterday are totally unacceptable and unbelievable.

The only way out of this is the CEO's need to go. Springfield Armory's sponsored shooter Rob Latham is spinning too...probably about to be out of a job.

If they were smart, make a $100,000 contribution each to a 3rd party lobbyist.... Say the NRA to lobby Illinois politicians, then hope and pray the bill is defeated.

I think at this time the only thing that's going to save them is either the CEO steps down or they weather through it like S&W did and hope someone else buys the company. Or weather through it hoping there will be enough new customers that don't know or don't care about the scandal. But there's a lot of FFL's saying they won't even carry the lines anymore and some saying they are going to just fire sale their Springfield Armory and Rock River inventory.

Given that the libtards were the best thing to happen to the gun industry in the past 8 years, why wouldn't they want to support libtard politicians?

It does not shock me that the NRA donated to anti-gun Illinois politicians. Let us not forget, the NRA-ILA donated the maximum amount to Dirty Harry Reid's re-election back in 2010.

I am so mad. I've got to decide what to do with my Springfields. I will not be adding any Springfield product to my collection.[:(!]
There are 3 kinds of people in the world. Those who can do math and those who can't. :?

The both should have done like Les Baer years ago and moved across the river to Iowa and avoid the poopshow that is Illinois.

The NRA didn't donate money to Illinois anti gun politicians (that I know of)..Springfield Armory and Rock River Arms did.
