Saturday night dance

Well, it's a weird world. That's all I know for sure. Went to a dance/birthday party Saturday night. Now, I don't dance for beans. Was the only one there beside the guy singing, wearing Nocona's, wranglers and a Resistol. Man, them women danced my legs off, until the point my feet hurt so bad I had to sit a spell. Went home alone, but I didn't have to. Just kinda giving the female thing a rest for a while. Seems like, though, the more you try to distance yourself, the more they come on to you. Reckon that's better than being totally ignored, like a lot of fella's were, though. Kinda got some daggers looked through me, from the singles table. Hell, ladies love outlaws.

Just not for very long.
