Credits and Late Fees Charges are Changing!

Has anyone else notice lately that credits are now offset to the next billing cycle and you must paid the full amount and receive the credit the next month?
Just had a late charge waived too because of their error and once again they said pay in full and receive a credit next month!
Could be the stress test from The Federal Reserve and banks! They are really cash asset hungry now! They are grasping for any bookkeeping trick now!
