...watching SpikeTV?
Every time I start watching that channel I won't stop until I am completely exhausted.
Did anybody see the comparison of the Green Berets/SF and the Russian Spetsnaz?
I think the show is called something like who's the best warrior or something like that.
They basically have people and weapons on the show and then do a computer simulation to see who would win.
One was the Mafia vs. Yakuza...
On the GB/SF vs. Spetsnaz, I saw the coolest thing I have ever seen.
The Russians have what they call a ballistic knife. It looks and is used as a regular knife until you need to shoot the blade into somebody's skull. When you do, you pull a pin and hit the trigger.
It flies at 58 fps or about 39 MPH according to the show.
The Russians are much more like inspector gadget/007 than we are.
Have any of you heard of/seen their underwater gun?
You can see it here: http://world.guns.ru/assault/as69-e.htm

I never said it wasn't.
I just pointed out that the Russians seem to embrace very specialized weaponry that we wouldn't mess with.
