No offense but wouldn't castration be the choice of the father of a teenage girl? After all, a vasectomy just gives them "free reign."
Maybe a new truck and a virgin, but not a new truck by itself.

Seems that is aimed at young white Americans. No..ive never been accused of being politically correct. [^]
Besides the few on the college football teams, "white" is about the only color here.
At the age of 18 I probably would have taken a deal like this just because I didnt know any better.
I guess if you are old enough to vote, youre old enough to decide whether or not you will ever have kids.
I just feel that something like this would significantly raise the amount of STD's. About the only thing on the mind of an 18 year old is to not get their girlfriend pregnant. Take that away and you have an unprotected "hump fest".
It's all fun and games until someone loses a wiener!
