    foreign exchange HS student I believe. the article didn't say if the garage was attached or not. if attached why wouldn't castle doctrine not apply? and 12:30 am how would homeowner know the youth wasn't armed. s

    Here in Oklahoma if he was growing pot castle doctrine goes right out the window, you must not be committing a crime to be able to claim CD.
