Have you ever purchased something on GB?
How often?
Or do you just visit the forum side?

I do not shop often to just look.
Have bought ammo but no guns yet.
Have had good experiences.
May buy a used gun later this year.

I look on the auction side all the time, but I've only bought one gun; a T Series (1968) Browning Hi-Power that I used to qualify for my Concealed Handgun License. Most of the collector stuff I'm interested in on the auction side is either overpriced or it has been altered.

bought a few non gun things over there before i found the forum.

never any guns though. i live in ma and its just a pain in the asss dealing with compliance. plus, finding a transfer dealer thats willing to negotiate the bs for anything less than my first born is challenging

I've only bought ammo & reloading stuff on the auction side-have sold some stuff there. Would love to buy guns from there but most of the stuff I'd buy, I can get cheaper at either a gun shop locally by the time I figure in shipping and the fee the dealer will charge or I always get outbid[:D]

I've purchased a couple guns and a few misc. items auction side. All transactions were smooth. I found the forums by accident, I usually start the day by checking in on the reloading forum, then end up here. Why, sometimes I wonder[;)]

Bought 7 guns and much reloading stuff on the auction. Slightly dissappointed on one gun. I believe the seller "hid" a scratch in the pictures. Got a great Savage 99 for a real good price on a penny auction.

The cost of shipping & the outrageous fees that the dealers here (Kalifornia) charge to accept firearms makes it almost impossible to
find any firearms worth buying here. Most dealers here take the attitude that any guns we buy from out of state are taking the bread off of their children's table & they want their share of the profit from the sale of the gun.

Last two weeks i bought a glock 22 and i just bought a ruger black hawk .357 mag for my father as late fathers day present. Well i paid half and mom is paying other half. He is such a lucky man .

I've bought 30 or so firearms over the years. I've sold no guns but a few mags and mag loaders. Never had a problem.
