California Legal Bullpup Stock Question

I currently have a muzzelite bullpup stock for a 10/22 for sale on this site and got a question from a potential buyer that I am unsure of. The question is "will you ship to california?" Had he not asked I wouldn't have thought much about it, as it is just a stock, but is there is something illegal about this stock in california I should be aware of?

    its irrelevant for you.

    you have an item that is not controlled or registered in any way. you can ship this item across any state line without a legal ramifications. you are also not legally responsible for the actions fo your buyer. if its not legal to install in cali and he does so, its on him not you.

    sell it to him and move on with your life.
