H1N1 is the most common circulating strain right now, having almost totally replaced the others for the time being.

Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea are way more common with H1N1, pretty uncommon with the others.

Tamiflu, or Relenza, will both be effective in reducing duration and severity for H1N1, most other strains common are resistant to Tamiflu.

How do Tamiflu and Relenza work? Do they just help with the symptoms or do they actively go after the virus...and if so, how do they work (in laymen terms). Thanks!
