I'm trying to find the address of the house i was born in. It was my grandparents house who both died before i was born. my father inherited the house and supported his 3 sisters in it while he was fighting in the Philippines in ww2.
Dad is long gone, as are my three aunts.
Mom is 91 and remembers the house, inside and out, but not the address.
we know it was in Corona,NY, a suburb of manhattan, but that's all.
is there a way to track house ownership from the early 40's and 50's?
My dad's name is the same as mine: Thomas Plumeri
thanks for any help.
and yes, I've tried my best with Google already.......

Is that them?
If your Grandfather was Nunzia and your Aunts were Josephine, Carmela, and Anna then the address was 108-56 37 Drive. Maybe?

Tom, glad I could help.
If you go to the homepage of that link you should be able to find other census info and marriage licences, etc.
LOL [:D]
NunziO is the masculine. I'm guessing that my great grandfather's name was Nunzio, and in keeping with tradition, he named his fist born after himself. unfortunately, his first born was a girl, hence NunziA.
a cruel thing to do to a girl, kinda like naming your daughter Bertha today.......[;)]
Thanks again!!
