How do they work? What do they do?

    They are optimised to promote the release of showers of Neutrons. All atomic bombs use Neutrons to make the Reaction, but that effect is minimal. In a Neutron bomb, the materials and manner of esplosion is made to release excess neutrons that are not used to promote the Explosive reaction. Neutrons pass easily through materials, Killing any living thing. The buildings, generators, traffis lights, Glass and Stone remain, unaffected. Everything that remains within the Kill Zone is sterilized. No Biohazards (except compounds and elements that are poisonous)remain.
