    Well last night we got our new org chart - it looks like a kindergartner wrote it. There are now 2 more levels between me and my old boss, so that makes 5 levels of management over 4 deapartments for 35 employees! Talk about top heavy!

    I have been interviewing for the past month - have gotten one offer but turned it down and am currentlyt interviewing for a great job and hopefully get an offer on that next week.

    We have lost 4 people so far and will lose another 8 or 9 in the next month or so. There will be no institutional knowledge left and no one competent to run the systems.

    I can't get out of here quick enough! I am tempted to try and get them to fire me as I will probably get 30 days severance.
