Would shooting someone six or eight times look any different to Joe and Jane juryperson in a lawsuit than a one or two shot stop??
Although always described as a cowboy, Roswellnative generally acts as a righter of wrongs or bodyguard of some sort, where he excels thanks to his resourcefulness and incredible gun prowesses.

You keep shooting until the threat is stopped, or you're out of ammo, period.

..About the same using a MAGNUM, able to take
down a horse. Jury selection would be crucial.

Wifes brother in Kentucky had a friend that got into a dispute with his neighbor. Neighbor came across the yard with a pistol and friend shot him with a M1 Carbine, 30 times! Judge told him once or twice would have been self defence but 30 times was murder. He went up the river.

Tell the jury that you were so scared, that you pulled the trigger another 10 times before you even realized that the gun was empty.
