whats the difference. I have a chance to get either one. But I have no idea whats the difference between the 2?

it would seem that the 6940 is like a 6920 but with a monolithic rail upper.

So the only differnece is the rail? I will go with the 6920 I can put my own rail on it.

A troy 10" MRF rail and one of the new GG&G A frame folding front sights would do the same thing.

It'd look cooler too.[:D]
