    Looks pretty tasty! I think I need some fish soon. Haven't had any in a while. Had some homemade tamales and chili tonight. Washed it down with a Sam Adams Lager. Wasn't too bad.

    Pizza
    A local family owned pizza place a few miles away opened up and we love it, better than the cookie cutter franchise pizza by miles piled high with toppings and good [:p] not a show stopper /impressive place just a old store front shop but they have been pulling in the locals . open only in the evenings and closed on Mon and Tue so they have a week end
    I take a photo next time not enough left from tonight to make a good effort for a photo shoot [:p][:p]

    I made dinner in just a tad less than 15 minutes!

    For me & the Mrs.....2 NY strip steaks 3\4" thick, grilled to a medium rare, salt & pepper added before cooking.

    One acorn squash, halfed and deseeded. Butter, dab of brown sugar, salt & pepper covered in saran wrap and micro waved for 14 minutes.

    Pre dinner consisted of a few PBR's while looking out over our snow covered outdoor vista. Sitting next to the warm fireplace.

    I like to do roasted veggies. I roast carrots, turnips, parsnips, usually with little red potatoes and sometimes some sweet potatoes, all together.

    We have catfish chunks sauteed with onions peppers andouille and BACON on top.... Crab cakes on the side.... and some lobster raviolis
