...mix up some mouthwash and peroxide half and half....rinse mouth every other nite ,slows down are eradicates gum disease! Stay tuned, I'm just getting started....

Its a mouth wash for healthy gums....not making anyone vomit...you don't drink it! Dam![:o)]

Rinsing with peroxide also helps to whiten teeth.

That's a good tip. I've been using hot water and peroxide, half and half for a couple years now and think it's a good idea. But I don't gargle it conventionally because if I get it down my throat it burns. Regular mouthwash by itself never did much for me. I don't like a dental drill and I want to do what ever I can to avoid it.

There is a product similar called Pyroxadil I think,but it cost plenty bucks! So,my SIL a (dental Hygeniest) told me about the mix!)[:o)]
