The Sailors Shot Back in Chattanooga

I figured some of the sailors were carrying personal weapons without authorization. They were and they returned fire.

    I've seen a couple of those news announcements. But, they are not clear as to whether the weapons used by the military members were service weapons that they had access to or were they privately owned weapons. The wording in the news is vague.

    The Marine was carrying a Glock 9mm.

    I'm not aware of those being issued generally to US troops

    My son carried one in place of the issued pistol...Navy Flyer...
