Even though I have family members that I love dearly, I am against same sex marriage. It is just wrong in my opinion. I had, I said had, one cousin, Charles Liebkenect, that was executive VP of NBC that was happy. He was with the same man for 35 years until aids took him. Very sad. He was my favorite cousin and very likable person. I just don't believe God wants man to lay down with man or women to lay down with another women. JMHO Oakie

I have no doubts what he believes, he states clearly NOT too so that's good enough for me [;)].......not that I desire to anyway [V]

Personally, I don't care what they do. I'm not a believer, so I have no religious qualms about it either.

I am against it solely for the reason that if it becomes legal, then people will be forced legally to accommodate them.

If someone doesn't want to make them a wedding cake, or provide wedding service they shouldn't be forced to.....It's what we are already seeing, and it's flat wrong.

doesn't bother me one way or the other...it has never affected me in any shape or form. 2 happy's want to live together never caused one bit of trouble in my life. I don't try and enforce my morals on anyone. if anything, in the interest in fairness let them marry and discover the hell one has to go thru.

Several years ago a happy little dude bought the house next door to me.
Other than being a source of amusement from time to time, he leads a quiet life style and bothers no one which is more than I can say for some families that live a traditional life style

As far as the amusement goes, he was prancing down his driveway to his mail box back in the fall and saw a fuzzy little caterpillar crossing his driveway. He squealed like a little girl and darn near busted his butt getting back in the house.
I thought he had run up on a snake or something and walked over to check it out.
When I saw what it was I had to run back into my house to take a leak because I was laughing so hard I almost didn't make it to the john.

Bottom line is, I don't give a tinkers damn one way or the other as long as no one tries to force their alternative life style in my direction.

The problem is, if its law, you have to abide by it....lots of legal ramifications in the future...I have several close friends that are of the other persuasion...but have never been bothered...with the new law,who knows?[8)]
