Amex

I had a personal card that I used to buy stuff that I export to my brother in Finland, used it about 100K per year. About two years ago, like typical, I called then and wanted them to wave the yearly fee. They would not so I cancelled the card and decided that I will never have a personal Amex again, I got one from work.

Anyways, I get about two letters from Amex per week wanting me to get Amex, which I will never get [:D] So I tape up the return envelope in cardboard boxes and send them back to them [:0]

Of course not, one time it was old tire, then old dried up paint cans, etc...

Costco is separating from them as well. They were the exclusive card accepted at Costco, except for a debit card. Wonder what took Costco so long for wising up.

That is going to "Cost" Costco my business... I charge everything on Amex. Guess we will be shopping more at BJs instead.

    How exceedingly immature.

Dumb too, as it takes more work than simply tossing unwanted junk-mail in the trash.

I was somewhat negative about getting an Amex Card, but wifey got a Delta sponsored card. It gives priority boarding, a free bag, as do I when she books, and reduced fee per-use Sky Club.

But there was this. I got pick pocketed in Sorrento last may. My Visa and MC card losses also killed her cards because they share the account number. But Amex has different numbers for each of us, and this allowed us to complete the vacation on her card after I reported mine.

I'm not quite sure what you are trying to say. Perhaps English is not your native language. But I will still stand by my opinion that your behavior is exceedingly immature -- and your (what I think is an attempt) at calling me "dumb" seems to confirm my assessment of your immaturity.

Can you spend your bank card points on Amazon?? (I think not...)

The exchange rate is much better than the Membership rewards catalog as well. Well worth the $40.

I have lost mine several times, and charged flights etc...with no problems, plus the insurance for flight you get at no extra cost...I also like their accounting, that my CPA gets!....works for me...Lots of reasons for keeping AMEX...
