Is doing better and has spring in his step again.

The part of the oral anti bodies we got down him has taken the heat from his lower jaw as well as stopped/slowed the swelling.

His sedation,Xrays & 1st series of IV infusion is 8:00 AM Monday.

This is from a fight where he was gored inside the mouth we believe.

I will edit this post and add his pic when he gets out tommorow.

Thank you all for caring about the little guy,

I assume that Little Buck will be on duty tonight. Did Rudolph give him any pointers? GPS or old school maps? And will Woodstock ride shotgun?

This will, indeed, be a first! Up to now only reindeer have been tasked with delivering Santa and the goods. So there's "Equal Opportunity" at the North Pole now? LB does know that he's a white tail I assume.

Dennis, thank you so much for having the heart and compassion to save this baby of the woods. Sharing Little Buck with us has been wonderful and heartwarming. We all know that the future could bring any number of things to LB and to you. My wish and prayer is that LB lives a long and happy life and that he remains connected to you through the coming years.

    Merry Christmas.

    As you may know
he got his butt kicked by a bigger buck
    anyway
his hair is coming back in quicky
    carrot overdose [green]maybe[/green?] [:D]
Hard to see as the undercoat is coming in gray.

His back is healing nicely too, probiotic strains mixed in his food for a bit.

He is smart enough to run "from what I have seen" after the first buck attack.

He might just get this pecking order down yet.

Is flat out running like a spotted ape.

He tried applesauce moments ago and made smacking noises and
    came back for more.

He found a new bedding area under the drafting/reloading table
and nibbles my toes while I operate the rock chucker, weird having a deer in the reloading room.

Wont come out when I show him the baba anymore,
but let mama talk while coming down the hall
and he is up, out the door and ready to eat.

He likes the outside a lot
but after eating, throwing three leaks and a boop or two along with hot laps at speed he tires and goes to the door.

Roams around the house for a few then beds down.

Puppies should be so easy to teach
to go outside and do their stuff.
